Tesorini Montessori Parent and Toddler Program Policy
1. Introduction
Tesorini Montessori Parent and Toddler Program ("Tesorini Montessori") is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children and their caregivers. The program follows the principles of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and complies with relevant Australian and Queensland laws.
2. Program Participation
The program is designed for children aged 18 months to 3 years, accompanied by a parent or primary caregiver.
Caregivers are required to actively participate in sessions and support their child’s engagement with Montessori materials.
All attendees must respect the prepared environment and follow facilitator guidance.
3. Enrolment and Fees
Enrolment is subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable two weeks after term commencement.
Missed sessions are non-refundable, but I will do my best to secure a make-up session to attend.
4. Health and Safety
Tesorini Montessori follows Australian and Queensland health and safety regulations, including those outlined in the Public Health Act 2005 (Qld).
Children and caregivers experiencing contagious illnesses must refrain from attending sessions.
The program operates in a safe, hygienic environment, and parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
5. Child Protection and Wellbeing

Any concerns about child safety must be reported to the program facilitator, who will follow legal reporting obligations if necessary.
6. Behaviour and Respectful Conduct
Caregivers and children must behave in a respectful and cooperative manner.
Disruptive behaviour that affects the learning environment may result in withdrawal from the program.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during enrolment is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
